Jonathan Pallant 4959afe151 Include manufacturer in BSP crate name. 
Avoids ambiguity.

Jonathan Pallant 37e7d2e7b6 Update all the BSPs. 
Crate names now have hyphens, to match rp2040-hal.
Every BSP has its own CHANGELOG.
Embassy stuff is removed (it blocks publishing on crates.io)
