Jan Niehusmann 2f9a950cbe Bump versions of HAL and BSPs 
The change to UartPeripheral in #210 was a breaking change:
Bump the version of the HAL and all dependent BSP crates.

Jonathan Pallant 37e7d2e7b6 Update all the BSPs. 
Crate names now have hyphens, to match rp2040-hal.
Every BSP has its own CHANGELOG.
Embassy stuff is removed (it blocks publishing on crates.io)
