Jonathan Pallant 37e7d2e7b6 Update all the BSPs.
Crate names now have hyphens, to match rp2040-hal.
Every BSP has its own CHANGELOG.
Embassy stuff is removed (it blocks publishing on crates.io)

//! # GPIO 'Blinky' Example
//!
//! Blinks the LED on a Adafruit itsy-bitsy RP2040 board
//!
//! It may need to be adapted to your particular board layout and/or pin assignment.
//!
//! See the `Cargo.toml` file for Copyright and licence details.
