fix scanlines misalignment/excessive moire (#396)
* integrate NTSC-colors * Integrate NTSC-colors * Integrate NTSC-colors, some fixes too * additions Added hue shift from grade, improved glow, added scanlines downscale to interlace mode. Some other touches too * Update crt-consumer.slang * fix scanlines misalignment
